Welcome to Vandas Contracting

Vandas Contracting is owned and operated by Michael Vandas.

Michael was born and raised in the building business. In fact, you could find him on job sites with his dad from the time he could walk. “I was taught at a young age to work hard and take pride in what you do. I started as a laborer, then worked my way up.”

Michael worked side by side with his dad for over 15 years, building multiple homes.

Now with his own family, in 2004 Michael branched off on his own and founded Vandas Contracting, a business with a focus on restoration.

Michael loves what he does. As he states, “I am passionate about what I do, it is so rewarding to see something old and worn down be turned into something new.”

Michael says that unlike a lot of contractors, he enjoys being flexible and is open to new and challenging ideas. “The most important thing, is that my clients are happy. It’s great to see their dreams become a reality.”
